At first this company seemed quick and really on top of their projects. After they had came to look at my kitchen and talk about rebuilding cabinets it was a few days before they returned and once they did return with built cabinets I noticed there was no shelving and they did not intend to put any in until I had asked about them. Not to mention they used cracked frames instead of replacing all my cabinets and doing it the correct way. They also did a hack job under my sink and didn’t care to fix that until I said something. (I’ll include photos of before and how they fixed it below) They caulked the cracks in my cabinets to hide the imperfections even though those are still very noticeable. They never reinstalled my dishwasher and once we got it back in place we noticed it barely fits and sometimes gets caught on the cabinets they installed. If we’re not careful our dishwasher doesn’t latch and it will leak. They couldn’t even cut the strips under my cabinets even to line up with the floors. They had also broken my countertop and had to replace it. Once they replaced it, they didn’t match the other small section. Once I asked for that to be replaced they cut the measurements wrong and I asked for him to fix it and he said “Really”. The worker said “you’re the boss” and stormed out. That’s just from the work crew. The staff is uncommunicative and mind you my kitchen project started in the beginning of August and finished end of August. I did not hear from anyone again until middle of November. I had tried scheduling a final walk through and then another two weeks went by and I was asked to pay our invoice. I had stated that we still didn’t get our final walk through and another two weeks went by. I finally received a call stating “There was a miscommunication” between the owner and our project manager…(they likely forgot). We went over what we were unhappy with and he said “I’ll be in touch” which I already knew they wouldn’t be calling me. They gave us a minimal discount on our bill and I received a text asking to pay the invoice again. Long story short I would go with another company. This was not a good experience.
